What generic fuel filter and anode for Beta 60

I'm looking to buy some spares and wondered what I should be searching for when trying to find generic fuel filters for the Beta 60. Currently I'm in the UK for a few weeks but am based in Phuket, Thailand.

In Phuket there are many engine anodes available. What measurements should I be looking for (thread size and length)?

Any assistance appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

We really can't help with generic part numbers that will be good in Thailand as we do not know what is available there.

However if you want to generic parts there instead of the Beta Marine ones, I do have a suggestion for you. Why not buy one of each service part that you want from Beta Marine in England and then when you are in Phuket, take the oil and fuel filters to an auto parts store and ask them to match these up with the parts that they keep in inventory.

Similarly you can take the zinc anode (1/4" BSP thread with pencil 3/4" zinc)and impeller kit to the marine supplier and get them to match these up with what they keep in stock.

You can get all the Beta Marine contact information on their website which is www.betamarine.co.uk
