HI Stanley I have an old Beta 13.5. I tried to replace the gasket on the exhaust elbow and found that it had ben fitted with helicoils as the bolt holes had corroded somewhat. i wonder if the flexible mounting for the beta on a working boat could be done RIGID as pumps would be connected to the engine ...
