I'm thinking of purchasing the split charge/ regulator set-up with my 1505. Can you explain how the system works, is it the same as buying the Balmar Duo-Charge($250) and ARS-5 Regulator ($300)? Thanks for the info...Bud pointed me your way!

I have the 1505 with the optional dual pulley mounted on the crankshaft. What diameter is it? A Belt ? 1/2" groove? Chuck Brantley

I am repowering from a Volvo MD6a to a Beta 16. The old engine was using 5/8" raw water intake hose. The Beta uses a larger hose (7/8?) Do I need to replace my thru-hull to a larger diameter to better match the larger size hose, or can I use an adapter?
