I am a mechanic and have a beta 38 on my Westsail 38. The owners manual gives very little specific info. I understand that there is no shop manual for the marine engine but that one is available for the equivalent Kubota. Does anyone know the Kubota number for engine BV 1505 EPA, Woc K13675?

My new Beta 43 came with the optional "Cruising Kit". The alternator belt on the engine is: 6pk1152. The alternator belt in the Kit is: 6pk1146. Are they interchangeable? The engine has the standard 70 amp Iskra alternator. WOC number K38961. Engine number 7JF2096.
