I recently installed a new Beta 30 with the 70 Amp Alternator and noticed during testing that the output voltage is running 15 Volts. Is the regulator user adjustable or do I have an issue with the alternator?

I am contemplating re powering my Pearson 323. The original engine is a Volvo MD 11C. It is backwards with a V drive. It would be useful if the replacement could have access to filters impellers etc near the rear of the engine as replacing an impeller from inside the ****pit locker would be a challenge!W...
