Engine Panel C Type

I've had the C Type panel installed for several years - on my last night sail - I noticed that the RPM dial was unlighted- though the hour meter had a faint light.  Since I don't usually motor/sail after dark - is the lack of light on the RPM gauge normal or do I have a bulb out?  Looking at the back of the instrument panel - it is not clear where I would check/replace the bulb. 

 

Can you advise.

Hello Jay,

Your panel has a VDO, Ocean Line, tachometer installed. It does have a lighted display and it sounds like you have a burned out bulb.

As you are in Sacramento, I suggest that you contact the west coast distributor, Beta Marine West in Sausalito for a replacement. (415) 332 3507
