Replacement Heat Exchanger for Beta 14

I am replacing the heat exchanger on my 2006 Beta 14 due to corrosion on the lip seal. I have received a new extruded unit with new gaskets. The gasket set consists of 2 alu spacers 2 material gaskets and 1 metal gasket that links the 2 ports.

Can you advise me of the fitting sequence of these gaskets please.

Hello Spotty,

Install the metal gasket against the cylinder head, then the aluminum spacers, then the material gaskets.

Good luck with the install.

Feel free to call if you have any questions.

 Hello Farron,

many thanks for the prompt reply.

Does it matter which side of the metal gasket faces the engine block, as I notice they are not the same.

kind Regards
