Actually torquing is not required and would be hard to do in most instances. The bolt is a class 8.8 but the heat exchanger housing is aluminum and a thick soft gasket is used. I recommend that you apply a grease to the threads and just snug them up hand tight using a short open end or box end wrench. This is what we do in the shop.
