I have a B-28. Does it have engine zincs? If so which ones.

There is 1 zinc located in the heat exchanger. On your engine, and most newer models, most probably at the back of the heat exchanger near the raw water outlet. The plug thread size is 1/4" BSP. NPT thread zincs will not thread in properly. length of the zinc pencil is 3/4" or 20 mm. We have the complete zinc and also the zinc pencil portion alone, available on our website.   https://www.betamarinenc.com/shop/

Zinc Anode E-OBC. I assume this is what i need?

Yes. We only use one size of zinc (The #E-OBC) on all Beta engines.
