If you have a mechanical transmission, there is no provision for a neutral safety switch as these gears are only fitted in low powered applications. There are however some single lever controls available with neutral safety switches fitted which can be wired into the starting circuit.
If you have an hydraulic transmission, most of them do have a neutral safety switch installed or provision for one. Here you need to get information from the individual transmission manufacturer if it is not obvious to you.

This is what I'm referring too........I'm not to anxious to start cutting wires on a brand new engine...is there a diagram available to point out exactly which wire will need to be tapped...thanks
It is not necessary to cut any wires. One merely needs to add some wires to re-direct the starter activation through the neutral safety switch.
I suggest that you employ the services of an auto electrician to do this for you to be on the safe side.
