I have a Beta 14 with the deluxe instrument panel. Some of the 2 gauges have their sight glass getting cloudy. Is there a wave to remove the front to replace the glass?
The lenses are plastic and are not replaceable as the bezel is crimped on. You will have to replace the gauges.
I suggest that you arrange some protection for the panel to keep the direct UV rays off the gauges.
You might try a kit from an auto parts store designed for polishing out faded plastic headlights. I have found it works on other brands of instrument covers.
