I purchased 4 Oil Filter 211-70510/02  from your parts store and one of them leaked oil. It was tightened securely but it still leaked. I removed it, checked to be sure the sealing surface was clean and oiled and tried it a second time - it leaked. I tried another new oil filter and it did not leak. The first one is defective but I can't actually see where it was leaking from.

I  can't return the defective oil filter but would appreciate a discount next time I place an order. Can you please contact me?
