I have a 20hp Beta. The white/red wire that goes to the S terminal on the starter solenoid connects with some kind of square push on plastic covered terminal. Painted red in photo below. Does anyone know the name of that kind of wire terminal? Any insights appreciated.

I see in the manual that the engine output is rated at 3600 rpm. I have reviewed the prop selection with my dealer and I think that everything is good. What is the optimal engine speed (rpm) when cruising, to maximize engine life and minimize maintenance? I generally run at 3000 rpm. Thank you.
