I see from reading older posts that when replacing tube stack heat exchanger O rings silicon grease is used. The manual does not mention this. I but oil on an oil filter gasket. Wondering if this is all i need to stop my persistent leak?

I will be installing a Beta 20 in my Vancouver 32 sailboat "Rincewind" in June (2018). I removed the old Bukh DV20 last summer. Has anyone done an install in a Vancouver 32? Please let me know. I may have questions -

recently lost use of tach and hr meter...wiring harness goes through 2 12v 40a relays...now have lost the ability to start the engine(another story). what i am looking for is a wiring diagram for the tach and hr meter panel

I have just purchased a J-40 which is equipped with a Beta 38. What is the minimum RPM at which I can run this engine for long periods of time without carboning-up the engine? Thanks for your advice.
