Beta Marine Repower Solutions

What would your recommendation be on repowering a 1988 Volvo 2003 28hp in a J-boat J/37? Boat weighs in at 13,500lbs plus gear and has a Maxpro. The engine is center boat under the lift up main cabin table, so access is good. This is not a saildrive. Thanks Paul L
