instrument panel harness

Hi, I,m new to this forum and am very happy to see a Beta Marine specific discussion area.I have just installed a BV1505 with the deluxe panel.My harness from the engine to the panel has the large plugs plus the 2 pin and acrimp pin.The 2 pin connects to panel ok, but there is no connector on the engine harness.Could someone help? thanks  Glenn

This small plug is for the extra warning light on the instrument panel. It is there for when a second alternator is fitted at the factory and then the extra charge warning lamp will be activated.

Have fun with your new engine.

Thanks Stanely,I can stop scratching my head now.The BV1505 is a fine running engine and is so much easier to bleed than what I've been used to.Servicing will be so much more convenient that I am looking forward to the first oil change.  Glenn
