Nicely done. This looks like a great job. Look after your new engine and it will look after you.

My only comment on your repower concerns the propeller. A 3 blade propeller will give you so much more drive and so much less slip that you will think that you have added a supercharger. There is a small penalty with some extra drag but this is not such a big issue while cruising (racing is another matter completely).

A 2 blade propeller is extremely inefficient on a full keel boat and if the pitch is too coarse, can hammer the transmission into submission. It does work fine on a fin keel boat where it has a clean flow of water.
