I suggest the following: a case of fuel filters for the primary filter (Racor or CAV?) 6 on engine fuel filters 3 oil filters 1 air filter 2 alternator belts 2 spare impellers 2 spare screws for the RWP cover plate 2 heat exchanger "O" rings 2 bonded seals (these fit under the bronze bolts that hold on the HE end covers) 2 zincs for the heat exchanger spare oil for the engine and for the transmission for 2 changes spare fuse for the panel. This is based on a one year trip and I would add an assortment of hose clamps and handy items such as self-amalgamating tape (Tommy Tape is one brand) and some spare pieces of straight water hose of the size that fits your engine.
These engines are very reliable and it is no longer necessary to keep a spare fresh water pump, raw water pump, alternator, starter and injectors as we used to for older engines unless your engine has a lot of hours on it.
