Having removed the head of my Beta 30, I see the part is labelled D1305. I thought the base Kobuta engine used for the 30s was the D1105, but is the engine actually a D1305?
There are a certain number of parts that are used in common on a number of engines. Your engine is built on the D1105 which uses the same cylinder head as the D1305.
