What are the requirements for coolant for my new Beta 38? Can I safely use a couple of jugs of sealed Volvo Penta coolant (label photo attached, to be cut 50/50) that I have from my old installation?

As long as the containers are sealed so that there is no outside contamination, you should be fine.
