Oil pressure alarm

Beta 14 on a sailboat, Annapolis area.

We had to jumpstart the engine with a battery pack while on anchor, after a few cloudy days left the starter battery low.

After only a minute or two of idling, the alarm and oil pressure light came on. Oil pressure gauge reads normal (hard to see the numbers because the glass is so cloudy but the needle points straight up, in the middle of the range). Stopped the engine.

What weve done since then:

- changed the oil and oil filter, verified level with the dipstick

- tested all the relevant connections behind the instrument panel

- changed the fuel filter (irrelevant but why not get all maintenance checked off)

Still beeping, still showing normal pressure. Engine sounds great otherwise. Were hesitant to run the motor and are stuck in a $lip for the weekend until we can get some technical help. Any clues are welcomed and appreciated!
