I will answer the question in the order of asking.....

The size of the Vernalift muffler is dependant on the boat, the engines location and the exhaust installation more than it is on the engine and therefore it is difficult for me to advise.  The length of the exhaust system will directly govern the water lift muffler that you need  The smallest we would recommend would be Centek 1500026 (Vernalift)

The valve on the oil change pump is a screw fit to the oil change pump.  The pump has a male thread, the valve a female.  A compound is used to seal the threads during assembly.

The use of a high rise exhaust elbow is directly related to the shape of the engine compartment.  Let me explain.  The exhaust hose has to take a downward run to the waterlif muffler which is collection point for all the water that is in the exhaust system when the engine is shut down. If you cannot accomplish a 12" distance (minimum) from the standard exhaust elbow to the entry of the water lift muffler, you will need a high rise exhaust elbow.  If the exhaust outlet on the engine is at or below the waterline level, you must install an anti-siphon valve.
