Bracket removal

Hi, We have a Beta 38 hp. We would like to remove this bracket seen in the picture. The ground from the house batteries is bolted to it plus another bolt. Can we remove these bolts and not have say antifreeze come pouring out? It seems straight forward but we thought it would be better to ask just incase....
